Yes. Employment Authorization Document (EAD) gives Venezuelan immigrants under TPS the right to legally work while in the United States.

What is DED status?

Along with the TPS supplication, Venezuelans are also qualified for Deferred Enforced Departure (DED). DED protects Venezuelan from being deported while in the USA. On Jan. 19, 2021, a presidential memorandum gave DED status to Venezuelans. Under DED and EAD, Venezuelans can work and stay in the U.S. without fear of deportation.
